We want your Nutropx® order to arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Shipping Destinations
Nutropx® currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@nutropx.com before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nutropx® LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@nutropx.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it: (1) check with neighbors and building management; (2) contact the carrier directly with your tracking number; (3) if still unresolved after 3 business days, contact us at support@nutropx.com.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and email the photos to support@nutropx.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed and shipped on your selected billing cycle. Shipping rates and timeframes are the same as standard orders. You can update your shipping address through your account dashboard at any time before your next billing date.
