How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email support@nutropx.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the product (opened or unopened) to the address below using a trackable method. Do not ship returns without prior authorization.
  4. Once received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — in which case Nutropx® LLC will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@nutropx.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Already-shipped subscription orders follow the standard 90-day return policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will ship a replacement at no charge.
