Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days from shipment date (U.S. only).
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days from shipment date (U.S. only). Additional fees apply.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local conditions.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your selected method, order weight, and destination. Costs are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable unless the shipment issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates without prior notice.

Handling and Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions

Age Limit: Products are available only to individuals 18 or older.
Legal Compliance: We do not ship to regions where nootropic sale or possession is prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any destination at our discretion, including for compliance with U.S. export laws or sanctions.
International Orders: Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, and compliance with local regulations. Nutropx is not liable for delays, seizures, or additional costs due to customs or local laws.

Order Tracking

Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your order. For assistance, contact us at support@nutropx.com. We are not responsible for tracking issues caused by carriers.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Reporting: Notify us at support@nutropx.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (domestic) or 14 days (international) if your order is lost or arrives damaged. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
Resolution: If verified as lost or damaged in transit, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund within 14 business days of confirmation. We may file a claim with the carrier but are not liable for their delays or denials.
Customer Responsibility: Use trackable shipping for returns (see Return Policy). We are not responsible for untracked losses.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
